Palina Vereti is a singer and the founder of Stars We Need. From her own experience on and behind the stage, she knows both sides of the curtain — the moment art becomes truth, and the structures that make that moment possible.
With Stars We Need, she creates a space that escapes the logic of spectacle: a platform for artists who want to be seen — without scorn, without hierarchy. She is responsible for programme, dramaturgy and artistic direction.

Leon Krost
Management expert, marketing, strategy.
With Leon Krost comes the counterweight to artistic vision: a format that unites art and structure. His background at the Berlin Football Association and his experience in the marketing industry bring the reliability without which cultural spaces cannot exist.
He is responsible for management, partnerships and the operational architecture of the platform — from the first application to the stage. Where Palina gives the voice, Leon builds the house.
