These General Terms and Conditions apply to the use of the platform "Stars We Need" and all contracts concluded through it between the operator and users.
The platform serves as an intermediary between event organizers and artists. Artists can apply for advertised events through the platform. Organizers can view artist profiles and submit booking requests.
Full use of the platform requires registration. Users are obliged to provide truthful and complete information during registration.
Artists can apply for published events. By submitting an application, the artist declares that all information provided is truthful and that they hold the necessary rights to submitted material.
Organizers are obliged to provide truthful and complete event information. Changes must be communicated to affected artists without delay.
The operator is liable without limitation for intent and gross negligence. In cases of slight negligence, the operator is only liable for breaches of essential contractual obligations.
Both parties may terminate the usage relationship at any time without giving reasons.
The law of the Federal Republic of Germany applies. Should individual provisions of these Terms be invalid, the validity of the remaining provisions shall remain unaffected.
