Jack White was one of Germany's most successful producers and musical visionaries. For decades he shaped the German-language music landscape, discovered talent, nurtured artists and accompanied careers with extraordinary instinct, passion and humanity.
Yet behind his success stood one thing above all: his unshakeable belief in people and their potential. He saw opportunities where others saw limits, and gave artists the chance to flourish, to become visible and to follow their own path.

What remains.
Dear Jack,
there are people who change our lives forever, without ever fully realising it themselves. You were one of those people.
When we met, you didn't just hear my voice – you believed in me. You saw potential before I could fully recognise it myself. You opened doors for me, supported me, encouraged me and showed me what is possible when someone believes in you.
You didn't just give me a stage. You gave me self-confidence.
Today I often think back on how many artists need a person like you. Someone who listens. Someone who recognises opportunities. Someone who says: “Keep going. You have something to give.”
It was from this very thought that Stars We Need was born.
This stage is more than a project. It is a promise. A promise to nurture talent. To make people visible. To give artists the space they deserve – no matter where they come from or how well known they already are.
Every performance, every voice, every encounter should carry on a piece of what you gave to so many people: trust, courage and the chance to grow.
You once believed in me. Now I want to believe in others. And that is exactly why this stage exists.
